Wow today was a first Saturday off for me in a long long time... Haha. Still, I went back to school. :P
Went back at 0730 to play soccer. Was originally supposed to take bus at 0630 so woke up at 0605... and promptly fell asleep again. By the time I woke up it was 0635 already. So I had to rush all over the place like a maniac cos I could not be late as I was bringing the ball. Luckily my father agreed to send me to school.
Then the next thing: My stupid ball pump spoilt! Ok, so it had not been working so well but at least it could still pump my soccer ball. Today, nothing. So my father and I rushed to like 3 petrol stations to see if they had ball pumps. We even tried to use a tyre pump to pump it but it was too big. Hahaha... Many thanks to my dad though for all the help he gave me this morning. He's cool! Haha. In the end we pumped it with the spoilt pump (going through a lot of effort and difficulty) in the school carpark. What a weird morning.
We played soccer without goals, but the basketball poles. If you hit the pole, you score a goal. Needless to say it was extremely hard to score. I came close twice before I actually did score our team's only goal. Then Shuo Jie scored an own goal and made a mistake for another so we lost 4-1. Haha... See la chicken! Next time I play defense. Hahaha...
Then four of us (Gengrui, Shuo Jie, Tubahead and I) went to see the tour group of chorale prac for about 15 minutes... Only got to see them warm up though before we left at 10 to catch The Da Vinci Code at 1030...
Da Vinci Code was not as great as I would have expected. Rather disappointing actually... But the movie was so-so nonetheless. They cut a lot from the book and added some crap ending of their own though. Jean Reno and Ian McKellen are very good actors.
Afterwards I went to take a passport sized photograph for my replacement ez-link card, then we had lunch at Cafe Cartel. Haha. Went bankrupt today man.
Well at least I got my new ez-link card... Was getting sick of having to pay 55 cents for every bus ride and buy a stupid ticket to take MRT... I look like a moron in my photo though. Of all the days to get a cut on my cheek... Haha. Oh well. It only can be used until the end of this year anyway.
Aiyah. I'm so bored. Got so much work to do... Looks like I'll need to pull another late night. Brain sharer took all my brain matter for doing work... I'm too un-motivated to accomplish any of my work. Haha...
