Today was a super busy day for me... Haha... Had to rush all over the place then because of screw ups here and there (right Shuo Jie???) I could not get to do all I wanted... Bleah.
Went to school at 8 for the first chem lecture today cos I wanted to watch X3 with the guys later... So I had to wake up at 7... Means I only got 2 hours of sleep the night before cos I was adding songs to iTunes and my iPod... Also burning cd till super late. Haha... Needless to say I went to school with a splitting headache. But the lecture was short and sweet thankfully... Sat behind with the other guys who came to this lecture instead of the other slot... Cos my class was supposed to take the 11-1 lecture.
We finished the lecture a little past 9... Then wasted time all the way till 1145 where the other guys grabbed lunch on the way to the movie... Which was at 1225... Wanted to watch at the new Cathay Cineplex. So we told Shuo Jie to meet at Cathay, near ps...
When we reached Cathay, we couldn't find Shuo Jie, so we called him. He told us he was at the ticket booth at level 5. So we went there... And we still couldn't find him. So we called him again. And searched the whole 5th level for him. Still couldn't find him. Then on the phone, Tuba suddenly screamed and told us Shuo Jie was at Cineleisure! Haha... Alvin immediately said, "Tell him he's stupid" in a joking manner... And we were all stunned... Haha...
So in the end they agreed to meet him at ps and catch the 1330 show... Which meant I could not watch cos I had to get back to school to cover the Kiwi Cup at 1520... So I took MRT back to Bishan and had lunch by myself... Before sitting in at chorale tour prac, getting the cam from Beow as well...
The Kiwi Cup was just a one-off match between RI and Saint Andrews Sec, and RJC and SAJC...The event was quite unofficial also... Haha... Thought it was going to be some grand thing but... Haha. Well I wasn't really supposed to take the C div match but I used it to warm up so I could take better pics of the A div match... You know... Anticipation comes with practice. Haha.
RI beat Saint Andrews Sec quite convincingly, 13-5 I think... But the RJ game was much more exciting. Very close SAJC's number 9 is very good but RJ managed to overcome the team that beat them in the A div tournament final... By a close margin. Haha... Not sure of the exact score though...
Wow but watching the players play with such intensity... It's almost inspiring. I wish I had a CCA like that... But somehow musical groups don't get "crunch" moments... Haha... The way the RJ guys celebrated when they scored a try or the look in their eyes when they rush in for a tackle... Intense concentration and the will to win... Like I said, it's almost inspiring.
Oh I met a guy who was in the class I was PSL of when I was sec 4! Haha... How he's grown... Voice is super low now and he's quite tall too... Hahaha. I met Clement too! Got out of NS for a while cos he just finished a course... We had quite a nice chat during half time of the RJC/SAJC match...
Oh well... I stood for the whole duration of both matches... Hence the title "Power Legs" hahaha... Plus the sun was scorching! I'm lucky I didn't get sunburnt... Oh well. Haha... Hmmm gonna go off now... Go sleep then watch England vs Hungary in a friendly! Haha...
